Can FlexSpace Logistics handle returns and reverse logistics?

Yes. We offer reverse logistics support as part of our fulfilment services. Returned items can be received, inspected, and either restocked or flagged for disposal based on your instructions. Ask your advisor about adding returns handling to your fulfilment plan.

Do you offer temperature-controlled or specialized fulfilment?

Certain partner facilities are equipped for temperature-sensitive or specialized products. If your inventory has specific handling requirements, let your advisor know upfront so we can match you with the right facility.

What is 3PL fulfilment and how does it work?

3PL (third-party logistics) fulfilment means we store your inventory and handle picking, packing, and shipping orders on your behalf. When a customer places an order, our fulfilment team processes it and gets it out the door so you do not have to manage a warehouse or fulfilment team yourself.
